"At the Red Fort restaurant i would like to offer you a different kind of Indian dining experience to any other in Dorset.

One of the reasons i have opened my own Indian restaurant is because when i go out to eat Indian food it never appears to be cooked authentically. The Red Fort is unique from other restaurants that have developed their own brand of ‘western style’ curry, moving away from the real taste of Indian food. Our curries are traditional and taste the way i believe they should.

All of our dishes are traditionally prepared, with no short cuts taken. Our regional chefs, employed from India, also create their own diverse specialities. The spice mixes we use are freshly prepared and ground for each individual dish, using Indian stone grinders. Our dishes range from those found in Indian homes, Maharajas' Palaces to humble wayside stalls, bringing you authentic tasting cuisine. 

So relax amongst modern, stylish surroundings, influenced from the Red Fort in Delhi and get your taste buds ready for the real taste of India.
